KonLLC dba PiPower ("PiPower," "we," "us") operates this wholesale store. This policy explains what business and personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. This is a B2B service not directed to consumers or to children under 16.

1. Information we collect

• Account & organization: name, business name, email, role, addresses, and account activity.
• Verification: business tax ID, resale/exemption certificates you upload, and verification status.
• Orders & payments: order history and invoices. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Wire/ACH is reconciled from bank reference data you provide.
• Support & chat: messages you send, including to the AI assistant.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser data, cookies, and usage analytics.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account, verify eligibility and tax status, process and ship orders, provide support and the AI assistant, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal and tax obligations, and improve the service.

3. Service providers (processors)

We share data only as needed with providers acting on our behalf, including: hosting (Hetzner/Coolify), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), search (Meilisearch, Voyage AI), AI assistant (Anthropic), analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics) when enabled, file storage (Cloudflare R2), and shipping/logistics (FedEx and freight forwarders). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI assistant

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal data in chat. Wholesale pricing in chat is shown only to verified businesses.

5. Retention

We keep information as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and an append‑only financial ledger. No method is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of certain sharing.
