Shipping for wholesale purchases from KonLLC dba PiPower.

1. Where we ship

We ship within the United States via FedEx Ground. International orders are handled as exports through a freight forwarder (Miami); see §5.

2. Lithium battery (dangerous goods) handling

Our products are lithium‑ion (UN3480/UN3481, Class 9) and ship under dangerous‑goods rules with compliant packaging and labeling. This may affect available service levels, add a hazmat handling fee, and require ground transport. Orders cannot ship to P.O. boxes or by air unless specifically supported.

3. Processing and handling time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Dangerous‑goods preparation may add handling time. You receive tracking when the label is created.

4. Rates, delivery, and signature

Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted on the invoice. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Signature may be required. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier (FOB origin); claims for transit damage or loss are filed with the carrier — keep all packaging and notify us within 2 business days.

5. International / export

For non‑US destinations, the Buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with destination import and dangerous‑goods rules. Export shipments are arranged through our forwarder; transit times and costs vary and are quoted separately.

6. Address accuracy and undeliverable shipments

You are responsible for a correct, complete shipping address. Reshipment of packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may incur additional charges.
